Shared Space for Rest, Connection and Renewal
Throughout the year I offer small, intimate wellbeing events and gatherings across the Mid North Coast of NSW, primarily around Coffs Harbour, as well as online. Each gathering is created as an invitation to pause, slow down and reconnect - both with yourself and with others. These spaces are held with care, offering an opportunity to step away from the noise and demands of everyday life and return to a quieter, more grounded place within.
In a world that often asks us to keep moving, these gatherings offer permission to stop. To breathe more deeply, settle the nervous system and remember what it feels like to simply be, supported by the presence of others sharing the same intention for rest, connection and renewal.
Events may include sound healing immersions, group meditation sessions, online meditation gatherings, menopause workshops and seasonal events, each thoughtfully created to support emotional balance, nervous system regulation and overall wellbeing.
Many of these meditation and sound healing events take place within my home studio on the Coffs Coast, creating an intimate and welcoming environment where you can arrive just as you are. My online sessions allow those outside the Mid North Coast of Australia, and internationally, to join and experience the same shared space for rest and connection.
From time to time, events are also offered in other locations across Australia and in the UK, allowing this community to extend beyond one place while maintaining the same sense of warmth and connection.
A Space to Simply Be
Whether you come for sound healing, meditation or simply the experience of being in a space where nothing is expected of you, these gatherings offer the opportunity to step out of everyday doing and into ‘Being’ - restoring balance and holding space for you to reconnect within.
Sound healing immersions offer a deeply restorative experience, where the vibrations of sound help guide the body and mind into profound rest. Many people describe leaving feeling lighter, clearer and more grounded - as though something within has quietly settled or reset. Group meditation sessions allow you to experience the powerful impact of meditating collectively, where the shared stillness of the group naturally deepens the experience, while menopause workshops and seasonal events create space for shared understanding, reflection and meaningful connection with others walking a similar path.
