Menopause is not an end - it is a transition into a new phase of life. A time that invites you to slow down, listen more deeply to your body and reconnect with the wisdom that has always been within you.

If you’ve found yourself feeling different in ways you can’t quite explain - more tired, more sensitive, or simply no longer feeling like the version of yourself you once knew - this transition may be inviting you to reconnect in a new way.

For many women this stage can feel confusing or overwhelming. Yet it can also become a powerful doorway into greater self-awareness, clarity and inner strength.

My own journey through menopause became a turning point - one that led me back to myself in a deeper and more authentic way. It’s why I feel so passionate about supporting women through this time, offering a space where you feel understood, supported and gently guided as your body and life begin to change.

As a professionally trained Menopause Yoga teacher, this work is rooted specifically in Yoga for menopause, bringing together movement, breath, relaxation and mindfulness to support the body and nervous system through this transition. From this foundation, meditation, grounding practices and personalised guidance are woven in naturally, allowing support to unfold in a way that feels nurturing, spacious and aligned with where you are in your journey.

Rather than a fixed programme, support is offered in a personalised way, primarily through 1:1 sessions, allowing each experience to be shaped around your individual needs, pace and intentions.

1:1 Menopause Support

Every menopause journey is unique. Your support should be too.

These private sessions are centred around Menopause Yoga and tailored to your individual experience, integrating movement, breath, meditation and guidance to support you through this transition with greater ease.

Sessions may support:

  • Sleep, energy and overwhelm

  • Reconnection with self-worth and identity during life transition

  • Creating sustainable self-care practices that fit into real life

This is a space to be heard, supported and guided without pressure or expectation - simply meeting yourself with greater compassion and understanding.

Private Menopause Retreat Experience - A Personalised Immersion

For those seeking deeper rest and reset, a private retreat experience is available.

Each retreat is individually designed around your needs, with Menopause Yoga forming the foundation and additional practices woven in to support deep rest, reflection and renewal.

Your stay includes access to a private guest suite with its own entrance, bedroom, ensuite and kitchenette, allowing privacy while being gently supported throughout your experience.

This immersive experience may include:

  • Personal Menopause Yoga sessions

  • Meditation and deep rest practices

  • Breathwork and nervous system support

  • Sound healing and reflective coaching sessions

  • Time for integration, rest and reconnection
