Kazzie’s journey into Vedic Meditation
Kazzie discovered this empowering practice during a challenging life transition and has spent nearly a decade immersed in the ancient Vedic tradition, training with revered teachers (known for their depth, integrity and embodiment of the Vedic tradition), from Australia to the Himalayas of North India and the spiritual heartlands of South India. With thousands of hours of dedicated study and practice, her approach is grounded in wisdom, authenticity and soulful guidance. Having experienced first-hand the shift from stress and trauma to wholeness within, Kazzie gently guides others back to their most natural state – a place of calm, balance and inner knowing.
How It Works? A technique unlike any other…
Vedic Meditation is practised for 20 minutes, twice a day, while sitting comfortably with your eyes closed. The practice centres around using a personal mantra known as your ‘birth sound’ - a unique mantra selected based on when you were born. This sound is key to unlocking the profound benefits of your meditation. Unlike generic mantras, your birth sound resonates with your individual energy, aligning with your natural state of wholeness and evolving with you. It’s what makes Vedic Meditation both simple and transformative.
As you softly repeat this personalised mantra internally, you reconnect with the creative energy present at your birth. This powerful tool allows your mind and body to naturally settle into stillness, enabling your authentic Self (with a capital ‘S’) to effortlessly express itself in everyday life.

Where to start?
In this Vedic Meditation course, you’ll be gently guided to learn an effortless technique rooted in ancient tradition, known for its profound and transformative results. By the end of the course, you’ll feel confident and self-sufficient in your own daily meditation practice.
The course is personally taught by me in Coffs Harbour, on the Mid North Coast of Australia. It includes 4 x 90-minute sessions, held over consecutive days, and is offered in a small, intimate group of up to five students. Private 1:1 and tailored corporate courses are also available.
There’s also an option to learn meditation online via Zoom. While the technique remains the same – effortless and deeply restorative – the format is slightly different. Feel free to message me for further details on this – I’d love to guide you.

In the first session, we’ll begin with a short gratitude ceremony that honours the Vedic tradition and sets the tone for our time together. You’ll receive your personal mantra, experience your first group meditation and get acquainted with the basics of your practice. This session opens the door to the knowledge and deeper understanding that will unfold over the following sessions. It’s the beginning of a beautiful journey into Vedic Meditation!

In the second session, we’ll explore the inner workings of the meditation technique and how it optimises the mind for better performance. You’ll gain insights into best practices and helpful tips to ensure you get the most out of your practice and how to incorporate it into your daily routine. We’ll also check you’re comfortable with your mantra and dive into another group meditation session.

In session 3, we explore how stress and fatigue build up in the body and the effects of either managing or ignoring them. We’ll discuss what happens when you consistently practice techniques like Vedic Meditation to release this stored tension. They'll be another opportunity to revisit your mantra and then we'll meditate together as a group.

In the final session of the course, we’ll delve into the stages of enlightenment and the evolution of states of consciousness, exploring how Vedic Meditation can help you experience more of these states. You’ll also discover how regular practice brings lasting benefits into your everyday, eyes-open life. We’ll finish with a group meditation and a final check of your personal mantra. There will be plenty of time in each session for Q&As.
